The Tugay restaurant has a new iftar menu!
The menu has been designed specifically for Ramadan. Valid until March 19th.
During the holy month of Ramadan, we invite you to Tugay for iftar—the evening meal after the day's fast. We have created a special menu that blends age-old customs with modern gastronomic offerings. Everything has been carefully crafted to ensure you experience the special atmosphere of breaking the fast.
How it works
Iftar begins with an important ritual: an hour before dinner, dates with salted butter and fresh lemon water will be delivered to your room or prayer room.
This is the first part of breaking the fast, and no iftar is complete without it. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, Ak Bars offers two large rooms (one for men and one for women) for evening prayer. These rooms are equipped with a mat and a Quran so you can focus before your meal.
When you arrive at the restaurant at the appointed time, appetizers will be waiting for you, gently preparing your body for the main meal. You choose your own dishes from each category to ensure a dinner that's tailored to your individual tastes.
What's on the menu
We've included both time-tested dishes and signature selections featuring halal meat. For example, lamb kebab with eggplant mousse is an exquisite combination, where the tenderness of the meat is accentuated by the velvety texture of the vegetables. For fish lovers, we offer sea bass with grilled vegetables.
Pay special attention to the tabaka with rice: this exquisite presentation of poultry, from which all the bones have been removed beforehand, ensures maximum comfort when enjoying the dish.
Salads and soups will support your well-being after the fast. Try tabbouleh with couscous or a vegetable salad with sour cream – they are refreshing without being overwhelming. Merdzhemek or ukha will warm you up and create a cozy homey feeling.
We'll finish the dinner with desserts. The signature honey cake will evoke your favorite childhood flavors, and the baklava cheesecake will surprise you with its combination of two culinary traditions. Don't miss the pear and chocolate dessert—an unusual combination that will leave a pleasant aftertaste.
Seating Options
To ensure your iftar is a perfect success, we offer several seating options:

Each room is decorated to create a calm, warm atmosphere. Here you can take your time, chat with loved ones, and savor every dish.
