Upon check-in, you must provide the originals of the internal passport of the Russian Federation and the birth certificate of the children. Children up to and including 7 years old are accommodated free of charge, accompanied by adults, in the beds available in the room. Early check-in and late check-out can be confirmed for an additional fee, subject to availability. Payment for accommodation and hotel services is made in Russian rubles in cash or by bank cards issued by banks registered in Russia. For the convenience of closing accounts, hotel guests are invited to make a deposit of 10,000 rubles per room for the entire stay. It is possible to accommodate animals weighing no more than 15 kg in a Deluxe room upon presentation of a veterinary passport of the animal. An additional payment of 3,000 rubles per day is required for the animal's accommodation, as well as a security payment of 15,000 rubles per room. The number of rooms for pets is limited. Advance booking is required. Please refrain from smoking in the room and in the common areas in accordance with Russian legislation. A fee of 25,000 rubles or more will be charged for general anti-smoking room cleaning.

*Pets are not allowed on the grounds of the golf club, spa and swimming pool.
