TUGAI Restaurant has a new chef, Alexander Shmakov, a recognized professional with almost 15 years of experience in the best restaurants in Russia. Thanks to this experience, he knows how to create not just food, but real gastronomic stories. Alexander is convinced that a dish should not be created according to a ready-made formula, but in a state of creativity and freedom, without limits and restrictions.
During his time as chef, Alexander has completely updated the menu many times, created seasonal menus from local products and hosted popular gastronomic dinners. He selected and trained the staff, completely built the restaurants from scratch. It is important for him not just to cook, but to create an atmosphere, develop a team and control the process — from procurement to training.
